The call for entries is open to all European photographers or photographers residing in Europe, at the beginning of their career as authors

Fees
For the 2023 edition of the Circulation(s) festival, the application fee is :
EARLY BIRD fee, from 29 May to 19 June (midnight): €10
FULL FEE, from 20 June to 24 July (midnight): €20

Deadline: Sunday 24 July 2022 at midnight
A jury of professionals will select the projects that will be part of the official program of this new edition
