Lions Club Seregno Aid is proud to invite you to compete for WORLD WATER DAY PHOTO CONTEST
World Water Day is an international observance established in 1992 by the United Nations and falls on March 22nd every year. “UN Water” promotes World Water Day as an opportunity to learn more about water related issues and be inspired to tell others and take action to make a difference.
A wide range of institutions, individuals and organizations use World Water Day to raise public attention to issues surrounding water, a precious resource that was recognized in 2010 as being a “universal and fundamental human right“.
LIONS CLUB SEREGNO AID PHOTO CONTEST
Lions Club Seregno AID has launched an international photography competition inspired by water in all its forms and as a precious resource to be protected and promoted through the powerful medium of the photograph.
In collaboration with Un Water and Lions Water for Life MD 108 charity, proceeds from the competition will go towards the supply of drinking water treatment systems for communities in need.
